A computer-use agent driving an API-less portal
A Copilot Studio computer-use agent that drives a legacy web portal with no integration — by seeing the screen, clicking and typing. No code, no connector.
Video coming soon — it will appear here once recorded.
Turkish enterprises run many legacy systems with no API. Computer use fits exactly here: the agent sees the screen, clicks the button, types into the form. It does the on-screen work a person can do, and — unlike old-school RPA — it adapts when the UI changes instead of breaking.
This demo uses an anonymized “dealer portal” scenario: the agent signs in, reads pending orders, writes them into a target table, and produces a summary. Honest limit: because it analyzes a screenshot at each step, it’s slower and less deterministic than classic RPA — so for high-volume or latency-critical work a connector is the better choice.
Grounding: Microsoft Learn (computer use), GA 13 May 2026. Full setup: “Computer-Use Agent PoC & Demo Kit”.
